Color slide print black & white on color printer due to BW option selected.
Cause:
The 'Black & White' check box is selected in the 'Print' dialog box.
Solution:
From the Print dialog box, clear the 'Black & White' check box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
2) Clear (uncheck) the 'Black & White' check box.

NOTE: If the 'Black & White' check box is already cleared, do NOT select it.
3) Click 'OK'.
